Laporta highlighted two critical moments in the match that he believes should have been ruled against Real Madrid. “Bellingham handled the ball on the first goal, and on the second, Vinícius committed a foul on Iñaki,” he explained. “If these decisions had been correct, Barcelona would be leading the league right now.”
According to Laporta, the two controversial goals were not mere errors but clear infringements that directly impacted the outcome of the match. In his view, disallowing them would have turned Madrid’s draw into a defeat, elevating Barcelona to first place in La Liga.
