The right-back’s reaction seemed rooted in the growing frustration surrounding Tottenham’s recent performances, having conceded 11 goals across their last three matches in all competitions. The incident underscored the tension within the squad as results continue to slide.
When asked about the altercation, Thomas Frank declined to comment directly, saying he hadn’t seen it. He stressed that Tottenham are in a difficult spell and must stay composed as they navigate their way back to form.
