Inter Miami have made their position clear regarding a potential January move for Neymar, despite ongoing rumours linking him with a reunion alongside Lionel Messi.
Neymar, now 33, returned to Santos in an attempt to regain stability after an underwhelming stint in Saudi Arabia with Al Hilal. But his second spell back home hasn’t developed as hoped, and with his contract running only until the end of 2025, a renewal appears doubtful.
With Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba set to retire after the 2025 season, speculation grew that Miami might target Neymar next, completing another high-profile reunion for Messi.
However, as reported by Sport, the club’s hierarchy is not placing Neymar on their priority list. Instead, Miami are currently focused on strengthening their defensive line as part of their next roster rebuild.
